World Can Wait

Let me take you someplace else. I don't know where you want to go. But I think you might like it. You can see stars from there. Even the ones you have never seen before. There are trees everywhere, a wooden plank by a small reservoir. You can rest there. No roads go there, so no one will bother us. You can stay there as long as you like and I will stay with you. If you get hungry, I have a friend stag. he knows the best places in the forest. He’ll bring us fruit and woods. even if night grows cold, we can start a fire. It will keeps us warm. The lake is calm and shallow. It shouldn’t be too cold at this time. You can take a dip if you like. May be you can catch a few fish too. I also like the sound of the winds. They come roaring above the lake and get lost in the trees. They flutter and try to hustle their way out but forest keeps it in. The place is so calm and gentle. Just like the sky. We can see the whole universe from there. As much as you can see. It reminds me how small we are, and thats why we see them. Some of the stars have already faded but their light are still in the sky. As if they were all waiting for you to see it. If we get lucky we might even see a shooting star. I have seen so many myself. When they fall it feels like everything is alive. Just like us. They are still in the sky, alive yet we are the ones moving. It world be so tried to see the same sky everyday. And If you get sleepy, don’t you worry. The fresh summer grass makes the perfect bed. You will sleep like a log. The trees will keep you shelter and fire will protect us. Next day, when you wake up. The same sky will show you a new day. After all, the world was always waiting.
